The ClaimArchitect team then analyzes the documentation using AI, digitally reconstructs the home in CAD, runs detailed takeoffs to capture exact dimensions and quantities, and applies local labor and material pricing.

Every valuation is reviewed and signed by a licensed general contractor before delivery. Homeowners receive their report within 7-10 business days and can share it with their own adjusters, public adjusters, or attorneys.

In ClaimArchitect's early cases, the service has identified significant differences between initial estimates and construction cost valuations.
